These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and win baje ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator"). Please read every section carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered on the win baje platform.

win baje is an online casino and sports betting platform operated as an offshore service and accessible to players in Bangladesh. Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on win baje, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

4.1 — Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number — must be accurate, complete, and current. win baje is entitled to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or materially incomplete.

4.2 — One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one win baje account. If win baje identifies that a Player holds or has held more than one account (whether using the same or different personal details), all associated accounts may be suspended, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings generated through bonus funds may be voided.

4.3 — Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win baje username and password. win baje strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA via SMS OTP) on your account. You must notify win baje support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 — KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, win baje will request KYC documentation — typically a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or passport) and a recent selfie photograph. Additional documentation (such as proof of address or source of funds) may be requested where win baje's compliance team considers it necessary. KYC review is completed within 2–4 hours during BST business hours.

4.5 — Account Non-Transferability: win baje accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your account or any credit balance within it to any other person. Any attempted transfer of account ownership will result in immediate suspension of the accounts involved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on win baje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and are subject to the following terms:

5.1 — Supported Payment Methods: win baje currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice; check the Cashier section of your account for the current list of supported methods.

5.2 — Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by win baje, although individual mobile banking providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may impose their own daily transaction limits.

5.3 — Withdrawal Processing Times: Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 2–4 hours during BST banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 BST). win baje does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or compliance review requirements.

5.4 — Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. win baje reserves the right to require withdrawal via the original deposit channel as an anti-money-laundering control measure.

5.5 — No win baje Deposit Fees: win baje does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the responsibility of the Player.

5.6 — Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. win baje will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero.

Bonuses & Promotions

win baje offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions. By opting into or accepting any bonus, you agree to the following general bonus terms:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who have a fully registered and verified win baje account in good standing.
• Each promotion or bonus offer will carry its own specific wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your BDT Wallet. Real-money funds are used first in game wagers; bonus funds are used once real-money funds are exhausted, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagers placed on restricted games during an active bonus period may not contribute toward the wagering requirement or may be voided entirely.
• win baje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where it believes the offer is being exploited, abused, or used in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
• Players who create multiple accounts, use automated software, exploit software errors, or collude with other players to gain a bonus advantage will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• All bonuses have a time limit during which the wagering requirement must be met. Unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the bonus period will result in the bonus and any winnings attributable to it being removed from the account.
• Cricket-specific promotions tied to BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup fixtures are valid only for the duration of the specified event and are subject to minimum odds restrictions where stated.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

win baje is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered Players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure at win baje's sole discretion:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the Platform's systems.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, pool resources to bypass bonus restrictions, or systematically exploit win baje's promotional offers.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or calculation malfunctions ("bugs") to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings generated through a confirmed software error are void and will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same event (arbitrage betting) where the primary intent is to exploit bonus funds or circumvent wagering requirements rather than genuine speculative risk.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any illegal source. win baje complies with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and will report suspected financial crimes to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the win baje platform, its servers, databases, or underlying software architecture.
• Creating or operating more than one win baje account simultaneously or sequentially for the purpose of receiving multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 — Closure by the Player: A Player may request closure of their win baje account at any time by contacting win baje support via Live Chat or email at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the BDT Wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no wagering requirements from active bonuses remain unsatisfied.

8.2 — Suspension or Closure by win baje: win baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by win baje support.
• Confirmed account ownership by a player under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal request from a Player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or violation of applicable AML regulations.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

8.3 — Self-Exclusion Closure: Players who wish to close their account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion request should visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact win baje support directly. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Upon self-exclusion, win baje will cease sending all marketing communications to the excluded account holder.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win baje, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and game content providers accept no liability for any of the following:

• Any financial loss resulting from a Player's wagers on casino games, sports betting markets, Pool Rummy sessions, Swimming game events, or any other game or betting format offered on the Platform.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, browser incompatibilities, or network interruptions affecting a Player's access to the Platform during an active game or wagering session.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Up ay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or any other financial institution).
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the win baje Platform, even where win baje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses attributable to a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Player shared or failed to protect their login details.
• Temporary or extended Platform downtime for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or circumstances beyond win baje's reasonable control (force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or third-party infrastructure failures).
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports statistics, odds displays, or live score data shown on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes and sourced from third-party data feeds.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, win baje's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their BDT Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits win baje's liability for death or personal injury caused by win baje's own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to Terms

win baje reserves the right to revise, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The circumstances under which amendments may be made include, but are not limited to: changes in applicable laws or regulations, updates to game offerings or payment methods, enhancements to platform security protocols, and adjustments to bonus or promotional structures.

Where an amendment is considered material — meaning it substantively affects a Player's rights or obligations under these Terms — win baje will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email to the registered address on the Player's account and via a prominent in-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes) may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the win baje website.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms took effect. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the win baje Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions. In the event of a conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English-language version shall prevail.
